My 68 Mile "Try"athlon

Here is what I am going to do:
-Run from the Bell Tower in Rio Grande to the park in Gallipolis
-I will then Kayak from Gallipolis to Fruth Pharmacy in Pomeroy
-Then I will bike from Pomeroy to the Vinton County High School

This will be 68 miles!

I will leave Rio Grande at 9am on Saturday October 15th and arrive in McArthur at the Vinton County High School on Sunday October 16 at 3pm.
