Class W1 Hush Hush Typhoon Trust

This fund raiser is for a new build hush hush locomotive called Typhoon but in 5 inch gauge form and we’d like to build a brand new one and we are very determined to build it. When the locomotive is complete she will be doing tests at ruddington great central miniature railway and then onto other railways. The reason we are doing it? We are doing this to show the brilliant engineering which happend so long ago in Britain’s engineering history and we are also doing because the original W1 “hush hush” class were scrapped and 10001 “Typhoon” will be the next step in 5 inch gauge history.
