Bradford & Bingley Cricket Club bradfordandbingleycc has been hit by the floods once again leaving a devastating trail of damage.
Whilst the support of volunteers has been incredible and the prospect of contributions to help support the replacement and repair to some of the damage will be much appreciated, there is still much to do to ensure that the club can function and reopen its doors for the new 2016 Cricket Season.
The damage to the grounds, the indoor and off field nets, electrics, railings, seating, cricket equipment, score board, cricket equipment and machinery and general ground work is in desperate need of immediate attention, not to mention the cricket clubhouse,
Prospect of Senior and junior winter nets usually held December/January onwards have been impacted thus many children and adults left without facilities to train and practice in readiness for the new season.
All funds raised will be used in rebuilding the Cricket Club to its glory, proud of its facilities, supporting the community.
There has been incredible support and the clean up has begun. We are so grateful to all the volunteers who have been so generous with their time and effort.
