Help Rafeeqee to CHANGE SOMEONE'S LIFE FOR THE BETTER...Rafeeqee Foundation Ramadan feeding project
Rafeeqee Foundation Inc. is a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) organization that aims to solve the problem of hunger in our communities through your generous donations. We aim to feed the poor and needy this Ramadan in some states in Nigeria.
Ramadan reconnects us with the suffering and deprivation of the poor and hungry. We want to give foods such as rice, garri, beans, sugar, millet and other items.. The food items will be donated to the poor and needy so they can enjoy Ramadan with a meal for suhoor (meal at dawn time) and Iftaar (ritual of breaking fast in evening) as well.
Last year, we reached out to about 800 poor and needy Muslim families and this year ‘s Ramadan, we hope to help 5000 Muslims families in Sha Allaah. According to our estimate, a donation of $25 will assist a family of four for 2-4 weeks with a food package. The more charitable donations and generous contributions that we receive from you will help feed many poor families for the entire month in Sha Allah. Earlier this year, we reached out to all the communities that benefited from the program and they are all anticipating that we support them again this year.
