Helping a homeless family in Charlotte, NC

I met Gregg, Jessica, and Gregg Jr. a homeless family, a few weeks ago while commuting to work one day in Charlotte, NC. They were tired, hungry and cold yet no one seemed to notice or care. Greg and his family have fallen on hard times a little less than a year ago when Greg lost his job at Family Dollar (which only paid him minimum wage) and had a falling out with his brother who he was staying with shortly after. Ever since Greg and his family have been homeless and he has been struggling to find employment while taking care of his family. Both Jessica and Greg’s families have ostracized the 3 of them for various reasons including racism, hatred and jealousy among other things and have not given them a place to stay.
Gregg currently goes to Staffzone, a temp agency to find employment doing construction or any other odd jobs. He only makes up to $60 a day after the temp agency takes most of his earnings and the rest of his gross earnings is taxed. That $60 is barely enough to pay for a hotel room for one night for them to sleep and shower. Any change they have left goes to food that they can’t get with Jessica’s food stamps.
Due to his circumstances and have a baby and Jessica to take care of, he isn’t able to make it to work everyday and get money to get a room so they often have to sleep outside regardless of the climate because many shelters won’t take them. Shelters tend to have want to split the family up because there aren’t currently any family shelters. The men’s shelters would only take Gregg and Gregg Jr., the women’s shelters would only take Jessica and Gregg Jr., but they always feel safer together and would rather stay as a family.
Gregg is actively seeking employment and has experience, along with the capability to do multiple different jobs. He has work experience at Red Lobster, Family Dollar, Value Village, and in construction. He grew up doing carpentry work. He wants to own his own construction company one day, and start a mentoring program for young men who have gone through what he went through.
Gregg got his license repossessed a while ago for driving without a license and needs money to get his license back because he isn’t able to pay the fee. He only has a North Carolina State ID but he needs his drivers license because he is also interested in getting his CDL license and becoming a truck driver if possible so his family can go on the road with him while he is at work. He also needs a drivers license for another form of identification.
Their family needs money for shelter first or even a cheap car. Gregg jr needs baby care items and clothing, clothing for Jessica as well as medication for psoriasis and feminine care. Jessica also has a history of Thyroid cancer and needs to go get checked currently. Gregg needs a chance at a better paying job, clothing for work (gloves, vests, boots, etc.).
Therefore, any employment referrals or recommendations for Greg in the Charlotte area that pays above minimum wage where he would be more capable to supply for his family would be great. Also any donations to help with shelter, clothing, food, or medication would be great.

Also if you want to donate any clothing: Greg Jr is a 3-4 T, Jessica is really petite and wears a 4 or 5 pants and a small in about everything else. Greg wears a 30-32 pants, 11 shoe.
