help pay jo’s electricty bill

Hi all! my mom has gotten herself in a pickle and fallen on some hard times this summer. struggling with an unsuccessful hernia surgery that has limited her ability to work (or even leave the house much), and just some bad luck and hard times, my mom’s electricity has been off for the past several weeks. LP&L (The Lubbock electric company) is ridiculously outrageous and the price to get her electricity turned back on is over $1300. on top of that, because my mom is a single mother, my little sister has had to stay with relatives for the past few weeks just so she wasn’t left in the heat, but my mom has been stuck at home, in this ridiculous heat, because of her injuries. any assistance and donation would be greatly appreciated. this texas heat is something brutal and i hate seeing my mom struggle like this. :(
