Shooting after shooting, more and more people are dying from the cold grip of gun violence and our elected officials are doing nothing.
Started in May of 2018, Students Demand Action - Mckinney is a group of students advocating for gun reform and common sense gun laws (universal background checks, and the banning the purchase of bumpstocks and assault rifles) to be implemented. We're incredibly excited to announce that we're hosting the national 'March on NRA' in August in Dallas. At this event there will be speakers, and we will march around City Hall exposing the dishonarable and cold-blooded ways of the politicans that sell their morals and accept money from the NRA. We aim to organize, develop, and outline this event, as efficiently as we can, and we need your help! For this event, we must pay for a permit to close off City Hall, a stage, and speakers. By giving a donation as little as a dollar, you are helping enact CHANGE!
