Dena's Fight with Mantle Cell Lymph

One of our Alpha Phi sisters was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma last year. She is a Mother of two a Military Wife and a dear Friend to everyone who knows her. Her battle has been long and hard and yet she has persevered and has rarely missed a baseball game for her son or softball game for her daughter. Her husband Ben a Pi Kappa Phi was there for every moment that he could but due to his active military status he was forced to leave her side for a few weeks at a time. Dena is now at UCLA undergoing a bone marrow transplant and is expected to be in the hospital for quite some time. She will spend her 40th birthday in the hospital, she will miss her kids first day back at school and many other activities she wishes she could participate in...
We as Alpha Phi sisters and Pi Kappa Phi brothers are reaching out to assist this Family as they incur so many expenses related to her medical condition. In addition any contribution may help provide some joy and comfort as she endures a long hospital stay and maybe can help their two children Josh and Leah have a little end of Summer fun or maybe use to purchase something special.
