Jacksonville Heroes Tribute

I purchased an old Snorkel fire truck ten years ago. Over the years, I have taken the truck to the funerals of local heroes in and around Jacksonville, Florida where I raise a 20' x 38' American flag to recognize their service to the community and / or to our country. I do not charge the families anything to do this. There are expenses to keep the truck running and I have reached a point where I regretfully need to ask for help to keep it going. September 11, 2013 I accidentally backed into a light pole at Metro Park while leaving after displaying the flag at the 9/11 service. This is the first time anything like this has happened since I've had the truck. This is a crossroads of sorts. I have liability insurance which would pay for the damage if I submit a claim. However, the renewal cost of my liability insurance policy would go up beyond what I can afford. The liability policy currently costs $1,200.00 per year. The damage is estimated to cost $3,000.00 to repair.
