APT. Discrimination/ My Family Out

Donation protected
Recently my fiancé Leann, my 16 year old daughter Haylee & I were asked to vacate our 2 year residence at Near North Village, for false accusations. The landlord is prejudice. (Former managers she fired, stated this landlord is “afraid” of little people, quote, “We FREAK her out!” So she did everything she could to terminate our lease. Finally she did.

We actually had another new apartment lined up. However due to this open case w/ Near North Village Apartments, we cannot get into any new place until the “unlawful detainer” is lifted. We have filed a “motion to reconsider”, however the earliest date the court will hear us is April 25th, 2018.

We have reached out to all the sources in Illinois (DHR, Equip for Equality, DCFS, SIU medical etc.) We are getting some help but not enough. We are “sustaining” at a local renovated affordable hotel but it gets costly. The shelters & homes in the area are not suitable for all our “disabled” needs. Illinois is not the best ADA state.

We have already tapped into our “savings” for our wedding. All I want is to marry Leann Bankowski, keep custody of my daughter Haylee Pullon & have a safe place for all of us to live.

So we’re reopening our GoFund. Thank you for your prayers & support.

God Bless,

Eric & Haylee Pullon, Leann Bankowski
