Funds To Pay For Lawyer

Hi my father recently passed away and did not leave a will on what to do with all his assets. As of right now I will begin the process of getting my name onto his assets and to take care of my sister who is on government benefits and in a group home. State law dictates she will receive 50% of my father's assets. Unfortunately this will cause her to lose her benefits so I will need to go to court to get her taken care of. Right now I need to raise $5,000 to pay for a lawyer to handle my case and unfortunately I don't have enough money to pay for the lawyer
