Name the Indy 500 Chihuahua

On May 26, 2016 this speedy guy was seen running on the north end of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.  The Speedway Street Department caught up with him and Speedway Animal Rescue coordinated his safe travels to end up with Chihuahua Rescue IN, Inc!  

He needs to get vet care for his leg, get neutered, and get his teeth nice and clean so he can find his furever home!
