Special Needs Homecoming Fund

Hi , my  name is Leah Siatkowski and I am a senior at Mentor High School. This year I decided I wanted to spend my last homecoming taking one of the kids in the special education class. These past 2 years I have gotten to know an incredible kid named Austin, and I decided to ask him because he is one of the sweetest kids I have ever met. I have watched him improve so much these past 2 years and can't wait to have an amazing night with him. There is no other way I would want to spend my last homecoming at Mentor High. Mentor High has given me so many great opportunities to work with kids with special needs and I couldn't be more thankful. Austin can always make me smile and I am beyond excited to be taking him to homecoming.

Hi, my name is Kaelyn Cawrse and I am a junior at Mentor High School. I have worked with Jimmy on the Mentor Sparkles Cheerleading team for the past 2 years. I would like to take him to homecoming because the special needs kids typically don't get the chance to attend shool events like this. I want to make Jimmy's first homecoming amazing for him. He loves to dance and he loves music and is all around a happy boy. I believe he is  going to absoulutley love this experience. 

My Name is Jennifer Blair and I am a sophomore at Mentor High School. I wanted to take Steven to homecoming this year because it's  my first homecoming I'm attending and I see myself having the most fun with him. He is such a sweet kid and always makes me laugh when I am around him. I want to make sure he has the best night ever and I can't wait to make that happen.

We want to provide Austin, Jimmy, and Steven with one of the best nights of their life (Homecoming is October 10th) . Usually kids try to leave out kids with disabilities and don't look at them the same as everyone else and that is why we decided to do this. No one deserves this more than them. They deserve to be treated just like any other kid and have the same opportunities . In addition the reason we set this account up because we want to raise money to be able to give them a fantastic night. We don't want to make their parents pay for anything. We are trying to raise money for a limo, tickets, and dinner. Any dollar amount will help. Please help us make this a great night for them. Thank you so much in advance.
