Move for a better life

I am 19 years old and 38 weeks pregnant with a baby boy, and for the last 3 months I have been trying to come up with the money to find a place to live even just some cheap trailer... Life has been completely against me though and I was kicked out of the place I was  living and now I am forced live in my minivan or in and out of motels when I can afford it.. All I need is just the money for food and a little left over to put a months rent down on a small apartment or trailer... It seems pretty late to be figuring this out but I cannot live like this anymore and I need a place to bring my baby boy home to! Please help us move on to a better life!
