USAFA Cadet Hurricane Irma Relief

Hello. I am Cadet First Class Peron A. Trotman from the United States Air Force Academy. I am the only cadet born and raised on  St Thomas of the United States Virgin Islands, which was directly impacted by the disastrous effects of one  history's most powerful hurricanes to hit the Caribbean: Hurrican Irma. This Go fund me is to lend a helping hand and provide relief in the form of food and supplies to my family. As seen in the pictures, my family lost our entire home and much more.  With Hurricane Jose Appraoching there is still much more to bear.

My relationship and contact which I am raising funds for are my direct family and myself directly affected by hurricane Irma. I am leaving the academy on emergency leave to St. Thomas to be with my family help help with the relief effort. There is currently limited to no access to many supplies and resources for my family after we lost our home. I intend on acquiring relief supplies in travel locker containers and going to the virgin islands with them. I plan on taking 3-4 for of these large locker containers with supplies such as solar battery chargers, batteries, flashlights, water filtration systems, various food items, tarps, diapers, feminine products, cleanliness products, health products, clothes, shoes etc. Airfare for my transportation is included. These funds will ultimately go towards helping rebuild and get back on our feet after this tragic event.
