much needed brain surgery to live

This boy in the pic 19 months ago got diagnosed with chiari malformation type 1 prior to that he was active and could do most things 19 months on he is bed ridden has seizures lost feeling in one arm already is losing it in other arm needs help showering dressing can't do what any normal 14yr old boy can do with out this surgery Dylan will continue to deteriorate and will die the surgery is not a cure all it will do is pre long he's life and give back some quality of life back we tryed everything to get surgery in he's own state but can't we have a surgeon in Sydney who will operate but we need to raise the funds first plz help even one dollar will add up if we share it after we donate with friends family ect plz help
