Brians Eagle Scout Project

Hello my name Brian Hewitt and I am a life scout nearing eagle. I have until the 26th of August 2017 to have this project completed and need funds to do so. I am building a bulletin board for the Northern New Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetary. Currently the owner is running on donations and his own cash. At the cemetery apart from the graves, a flag pole and a few benches there is nothing there. He is in desperate need of a place to hang notices and store flyers and such. I only need $400 and I can buy everything I need to assemble, move and decorate everything. I've been working for my eagle since I became a boy scout when I was 10 and was a cub scout before that. Any amount is greatly appreciated and will go a long way. Help me turn this schematic into a real bulletin board! Thank you all
