Hurricane Relief Volunteer Trip

Donation protected
As many of you know, the Virgin Islands were hit hard by the recent hurricanes, specifically Hurricane Irma. One of our good friends, Connor Mackelvey worked at a school in the heart of St. Thomas. He taught there for a year. Due to the hurricane that hit the island, the school and area were severely damaged. Many of their school supplies were ruined. A professor at our university, Dr. Barger-Anderson, came up with the idea to collect school supplies and send them to the school. Since then we have collected over 3000 pencils, 500 notebooks, 800 crayons and countless other generous donations. Due to the large volume of items, a couple of students are traveling down to St. Thomas to help clean up the school and unpack the supplies. The trip is going to cost around $1500. Any donation you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
