Ankle Medical Expenses

I broke my ankle on my journey of losing 180 lb while training in Jiu-Jitsu May 2009. I went from 465 lb to 285 which is where I was when I was injured. When it happened I didn't think it was broken for four months. By the time I got it looked at I was told there was nothing they would do for me and I should get orthodics which I did.

I've been trying since 2009 to get a specialist to look at it but have not found a specialist that accepts medi-cal.

I am hoping I can get help getting enough funds to go to Thailand where I can get the help at least accessing it and inform me of my possibilities. I would love it if I could walk with less pain.
