Sheba's Hip Surgery

She is our 3 year old mastiff. We have had her since she was 6 weeks old. She adores our 5 kids as do they to her. She followed our kids to the end of our driveway this morning while they were waiting for the bus. She was hit by a car which has dislocated her hip. We have the immediate care taken care of but she is in need of surgery to relocate her hip back into place. She is one of my kids. Don't know what else to do. The vet says she needs the relocation in 3 days. Anything will be appreciated. She is not any different to me than any of my other kids.
