Tello's Left Knee Surgery Fund

Hi my name is Armando G Tello. On February 12 2017 I suffered a knee injury during a soccer game. I then had an MRI taken and I was told I suffered a acl & mcl & more that I can't recall. So I went threw the Therapy process and a surgery date was scheduled which was April 6 2017. So on my last visit 3 days before surgery I was told that it was cancelled due to a payment I needed to make & that my insurance won't cover. Now it's been two months since my injury & I know with the help I need I can come back stronger.
