After School Community Program

Inspire Philadelphia is a start up nonprofit providing community based programs including after school and summer programs focusing on the child; adult programs such as GED, English as a second language classes and financial literacy, and community programs including a community garden and play space.
We are in great need of funds to purchase sports equipment and to assist with a start up summer program.
When I joined the board of Inspire Philadelphia, I was truly moved by the passion of the founders and their deepest desire to help their poverty stricken neighbors. As one of the poorest districts in the state of Pennsylvania it is crucial to provide nutrition of the mind and body to the entire community since it really does take a "village" to raise a child.
We would be forever grateful for any donation small or large to help develop and grow our programs and hope to provide you with updates through a new website and social media in the near future.
