Dragons vet bill

My Dads dog, Dragon, got off his leash and went on an adventure, while on said adventure someone decided to shoot him. Luckily it was a through and through, but it hit an artery and broke two bones. He's doing ok now, but worst case scenario he loses his leg. Unfortunately because Dragon is a pitbull he has some ridiculous stereotype that he's vicious. I assure you the worst he'll do is crush you because he's convinced he's a lap dog. Only a little over half of the bill is what can be afforded.  The animal hospital he's in will not release him until his bill is paid in full.  Pretty please help bring Dragon home!   Anything will be greatly appreciated and help immensely:)
