Baby Bentley

On March 9th Rose and Jerid found out some devastating news about thier Baby Bentley, while getting a routine ultrasound they found that little Bentley has a congenital heart defect, Bentley has Truncus arteriosus which is a birth defect of the heart. It occurs when the blood vessel coming out of the heart in the developing baby fails to separate completely during development, leaving a connection between the aorta and pulmonary artery. There are several different types of truncus, depending on how the arteries remain connected. There is a hole between the bottom two chambers of the heart (ventricles) called a ventricular septal defect. This heart defect makes it hard for little Bentleys heart to get enough oxygen to his organs. Rose will now be put with a high risk doctor and require multiple trips to San Francisco, and will have to have baby in San Francisco, so that they can do emergency heart surgery on Bentley after he is born. Rose and Jerid need all the help they can get, and will need gas money and funds to stay down south, hopefully we can earn enough money to lighten thier financial burden during this all.
