Hope For Hope

Im usually doing these fundraisers for the rescues I take in but sadly this time its for one of my own kids. Hope I took in at about 4 weeks old. He has had his share of health problems along the way but hes always fought through it all. This time Hope is really sick and in the hospital. He has some how developed a horrible bacterial infection thats causing a lot of fluid to accumulate in his belly. The vets are yelling fip but Hopes blood work just doesnt show it. Last night he went under for exploratory surgery to see what the cause of infection was and nothing was found. The vets flushed the pus like fluid and placed a drain in. Hope is on antibiotics, pain meds and iv. His temperature keeps going up and down but hes resting comfortably. A biopsy and sensitivity culture was sent out and we will hopefully hear something back by the end of the week. Hope is going to need to stay hospitalized for about 5 days and will need multiple tests and medications. And at this point money is a big factor. Hope is my baby, we have been through so much together and I really cant imagine my life without him. I thought we had so much time and more memories to make. Im praying for a miracle here
