Happy Black History Month! We are writing you, hoping that you would take part of our hearts’ work this month.
Our excitement of the Black Panther primer has caused us to grow excited for our youth. The message they may receive with the positive imagery the movie will provide, is pivotal. With media constantly shoveling negativity about our culture and people down the throats of our children, it is important to us that this movie is celebrated and supported.
We feel compelled to involve our own community and youth in the Release of Black Panther. We are reaching to you because we hope you share in our excitement for the release of Black Panther and in turn will share some of your spare coins. Your money will help us ensure select students around the metro area are able and encouraged to see Black Panther, during its premiering weekend this Black History Month!
Will you help us send 150 students to see Black Panther for a matinee showing on this February at Harkins Northfield 18?!
$20 will sponsor one student’s full movie going experience. This is something they will not forget for years to come!
$40 will sponsor a couple of young friends or soon to be friends’ full movie going experience! Nothing like experiencing life’s opportunities with someone you know!
$100 will sponsor a future network of students’ Black Panther experience! Networking builds individuals and communities. This could be impactful!
$450 will sponsor 50 students matinee ticket price! Can you imagine what an experience and how much fun it will be for them?
$500 will sponsor 50 students’ in theatre refreshments because what’s a movie without some snacks!?!
