Grandpas Funeral Cost

My grandfather has been battling with Alzheimer's and dementia for two years now and he has reached the end of his fight. He raised me as one of his own and was the only father I ever knew. Coming to this country with 6 kids then raising two more (me his first grandchild included) he is the strongest man I have ever come across. I truly feel like I am losing a parent more than a grandparent. This fundraising is to help with his funeral cost and I thank all of those that can help by pitching in or by simply spreading the word and raise awareness for Alzheimer's.
