Chronically ill Father needs help!

Hello, I'm a 39 year old father of 3 awesome boys and married to a beautiful wife Angela. I have always been the provider for our family until 4 years ago. I'm chronically ill with SHM ( sporadic hemiplegic migraines) that last for weeks, cause stroke symptoms, Chronic Ulcerative Colitis that 4 years ago caused me to loose my colon and now have a J-pouch because of it. Along with the loss of my GallBladder, This now causes me to have many digestive issues. Also have IgA pemphigus, an autoimmune disease that causes my head, mouth to break out in sores and my throat to close. Recently doctors have found a 33mm hole in my heart that had to be repaired in Seattle. Now, newly diagnosed with severe Fibromyalgia.  All of these issues cause me to be laid up in bed, in the hospital and forced out of my job for CRTC on Fort Greely here in Alaska. I've swallowed my pride and tried to get disability for the last three years and have been denied 4 times. All the while I see many people on disability better off then me and no family to support working and enjoying life. I'm by no means a lazy person, was taught to work hard and support your family and have tried everything I can up to this point. My wife works her job with the Alaska State Troopers during the day, then a waitress in the evenings. Then, comes home to take care of our three boys and me. She is run ragged and stressed to the max. I do not like to ask for handouts or help for that matter. But we are about to lose it all and really need help.
