Building a 3D Printable Prosthetic

Donation protected
My name is Tyler Birch and I'm currently a senior in High-School developing my own 3D printable prosthetic hand.  My version is geared towards kids, who outgrow current prosthetics quickly and need a cost efficient alternative. To clarify, the photo I attached is an EXAMPLE of what my goal in mind is. My prosthetic separates itself from commonly offered hands  on the market but it is too challenging a design to fabricate in a 3D modeling program alone.  I do not have a "final product" yet, hence I am asking for your help. Our school has two 3D printers, but in order to attain the highest and strongest performing hand, I need one more tool: The Touch 3D Stylus from 3D systems. It is a tool that allows one to sculpt and modify a 3D model, putting "digital content in your hand" and allowing you to actually feel models on the screen, while taking the place of a mouse and drawing tools. You can check it out here: http://www.3dsystems.com/shop/touch

Any size donation would be greatly appreciated. If I can attain enough money for the tool, it will be donated to my school. Designing this hand is not for my own sake; I'm not in it to make any money or gain popularity. I am trying to give kids an appealing and better functioning alternative to what is currently available, as well as something affordable and attainable to all families and incomes.

*Please note that I not own any of the photos pictured in my campaign; They are merely examples of what I aspire to create and of the tool I wish to purchase*
