Nut's Healing Process

My little adventurous Nut was missing for just over a week and returned home with some battle wounds. It appears that she may have been bitten by a dog. She is on pretty heavy doses of antibiotics and pain meds and will have a drain in her leg for the next 4-5 days. I have no idea how she even made it home because she was so swollen that she could hardly use her back legs.  Any help would be so appreciated in making this a successful and easy recovery!
