3 Irish kids abducted to Algeria!

My name is Gina Davis, I live in Dunlaoghaire. On 5th July 2015, my three youngest children (Zaineb (8) and twins Hamza and Halimah (4)), didn't come home from access with their father. I tried to contact their father by phone, message and Viber there was no answer, their father, Kamel Fekkar, phoned me and told me that he was in Algeria with the children. I immediately called 999 and my parents and brother came down to the house, the Gardai spent the night looking for the children but discovered that they had travelled from Dublin to Paris (CDG) and then boarded another flight to Algeria.
I have my 3 children's Irish passports and there are two Court orders (District and Circuit Court), ordering that the children were not to be removed from the juristiction. So how did they leave Ireland and get through Paris (CDG) without EU documentation?
I get to speak to my children about once a fortnight since they were taken, I am extremely concerned about their welfare. In particular my 4 year old daughter Halimah who appears to be extremely distressed, her older sister Zaineb (8) said that Halimah is acting crazy all the time and is crying all the time. All 3 children have been placed in Arabic speaking school/creche until 14.45pm each day despite the fact that they do not speak Arabic. Halimah says that she doesn't like school and was crying on the phone. Please help my children.
I will use any money raised to pay to get the children back from Algeria, I will post details and reciepts for exactly what the money is used for. In the event of a miracle :), if I get the children back, all remaining funds will be donated to a registered charity.
I feel so sad everyday and as each day goes by the pain in my heart increases and my concern for my children grows. All three children want to come home to their family, they are going through Hell over there.
