Please help get us home

Please help us, we are a family of 5 and need to get home from Bulgaria before 23/08/19. We had our passports stolen from our apartment sometime in the first week of arriving here, when we noticed a week later we contacted the British Embassy in Sofia, as we had no travel Insurance, to get emergency passports. After a 7 hour bus journey on the final day of our stay, as this was the only time they would see us and issue the 3 kids passports they failed to help us out, they couldn't get the kids passports done in time, so after another 7 hour journey back to the apartment  leaving us stranded here, we e ha ve missed our scheduled flight and are due to be put out of our will leave our family on the street with no money, nowhere to stay and no way to pay for flights whenever we eventually receive the kids passports Please help as we have nowhere and no one to turn to for help, if anyone has any questions please don't be afraid to ask me.
