Each one teach one

Hey all my name is Renee Little I am a mother of 9 children. About 5 years ago I got serious about my health and decided to take my life back. I didnt want to be the mom that looked good for having X amount of children. I just wanted to a be a women who was looking good and taking care of her health and spirit. I decided to help other women make this a reality in there life as well. With so much information  out there and some mothers and women  struggling with finances I decided to start a completly free weight loss program based on donations only.

With donations we plan on building a space where people can get free training and weight loss information for no charge. Help change the lives of many.
