Final Expenses For Dad

We lost a good and faithful servant, devoted family man, and a loyal friend to all who knew him on November 30th,2016 . Dad was affectionately known as Papa Bear for his love and compassion and was a man of enduring faith, hope and perservance. Dad never met a stranger and was always willing to share his love and zest for life with others. Dad was a man of who lived his life of love, loyalty and honor. He demonstrated his faith through his unconditional love for people regardless of their race, gender, and religious or political beliefs. In his finally years while living in Kauai, Dad felt extremely blessed to be able to create very special crafts using natural woods from the island that were given to him by loving and caring brothers in the Lord. When I talked to him on the phone, he would tell me all the new patterns he was excited to try out. Dad will be missed dearly and his joy, humor and positive outlook on life will be carried on for many generations. Mom and Dad were married for 32 years and she was able to be at his side the final hours of his life at their home. As Dad would always say, he is now "vertical" with the Lord. I would like to able to ease Mom's burden of the final expenses of what is needed. Everything that is raised will go to the cremation expenses. We are hoping we can find someone to make an urn out of the island wood that Dad loved so much. Please keep my Mom in your prayers as she has to find how to live a life without her best friend by her side.
