3 siblings fighting tragedy

Very recently, our single father was put in the ICU. He will most likely be there for quite a while. As the older sibling (Ashley, 23) I am now in a parental role and taking care of my younger sister(Mattie, 16) and brother(Mason,14). I am currently working but not making enough to raise 2 kids. I am taking a leave to create a new life for my siblings and keep an eye on my father which unfortunately is unpaid. I am working on finding a new job but until then I'm running kind of low. I cannot afford the house we are living in so my plan includes moving into an apartment, putting the kids on a new school and getting rid of a lot of garbage from this house. At some point I will also need to make a case for myself to become a legal guardian to my siblings. Not only am I trying to afford these expenses but our father has no insurance. If he makes it out of this, there will be quite a hefty medical bill. Our lives are being uprooted very quickly. I would also like to be able to just pay for simple needs for the kids like groceries and personal care items.
