２０１６年１０月２８日午後６時、マサさんが職場で倒れグアム記念病院へ運ばれたと言う知らせが家族のもとへ届きました。 脳梗塞と診断され、その後脳死と宣告されました。
２０１６年１１月５日午前７時５５分、マサさんは、彼の大切な家族を残し、天国へ旅立ちました。
２０１６年１１月１０日午後２時、マサさんの告別式がグアム島シナハニャの葬儀会場で行われました。
残念ながらマサさんは医療保険に入っていませんでした。米国の医療費は高額です。１１月１１日時点で米ドル70,000以上（日本円700万超）の医療費請求が見込まれています。 このサイトは彼とご家族を、精神的かつ経済的に支えるため１１月３日に立ち上げました。どうぞマサさんが残した大切な家族、妻ともこさん、娘なつみちゃん、息子こうすけくんのサポートのため皆様ができる範囲での資金応援とメッセージをよろしくお願いします。そしてできればこのサイトをシェアしていただけると大変助かります。

Accepting donation through this site is closed on November 23rd, and now we in a process of withdrawing fund and to deliver the balance to Tomoko, Masa's wife. If you wish to donate, please consider alternative method as described below.
On October 28, 2016 around 6 pm, Masa's family has received the devastating news that Masa suffered a brain infarct while at work in his office on Guam. His condition was very severe and eventurally, the doctors have announced he is brain dead.
On November 5, 2016 at 7:55 am, Masa has departed to heaven, leaving his precious family behind.
On November 10, 2016 at 2 pm, Masa's public viewing was held on Guam at Ada's Funeral Home.
Masa unfortunately did not have medical insurance and medical cost on Guam is quite expensive compare to Japan. As of November 11th, total medical bill to his family is estimated to be over US$ 70,000. This fund was created to support medical costs incurred and to show our thoughts toward him and his family. Whatever you can give will be greatly appreciated to support Masa and his wife Tomoko, daughter Natsumi and son Kosuke, during this difficult time. Please share his story and keep him in your thoughts.
