Earl Has Lost Everything To Fire

Our neighbor Earl Beatty has been dealt (another!) severe blow. Today the boat he called home caught fire and sunk. He lost absolutely everything, including his new little kitten, Artimus. After fighting cancer for over a year Earl's resources are already worn down to the bone. This is only the latest in long list of really rough things Earl has overcome but I think this one may come at the absolutely worst time - a time when he has already been running on fumes for too long. Please help if you can.
