Need Some Help Please

As a lot of you know I have a lot of medical problems. Diabetes, colon cancer , and congestive heart failure. Before those I had an infection causing flesh eating bacteria to lead to the removal of my abdominal muscles on one side. I have also had a partial amputation of one foot. I had to take medical retirement and I receive social security disability. Still a little hard to make ends meet financially. I hope this does not embarrass my family nor make anyone think I am begging. I also know everyone's budget is tight too. If you can help , Thank you.
