Please Help Out Our Family

Our family has been through so much-I don't know where to begin. I will try to make this as simple as possible. My name is Sherri. I've been married to Dan for 26 years. I have one daughter 25 and another who is 17. 
Our family has been struggling for a few years. My husband is disabled, from having two strokes, to losing both of his legs as well as having a kidney transplant. He is unable to work and I help care for him. I recently started working and feel blessed that my cleaning company is now helping us financially. Our 17 yo is also working and is in her senior year in high school. We do feel very lucky to have gotten thru so many hurdles. However, today I found out my car is unrepairable. We now have no transportation, which means no way to work, no way to school, medical appointments, grocery store etc...
We need your help!
