Hello,
My name is Sara. I have started this page to help raise money for the most amazing person I know, my grandma, Shirley Houck.
For those who don't know my grandma, she is the most giving, kind, and strong person around. She is the type of person who gives and gives and gives, even when she has nothing to give. She has always been my idol and I am so lucky to call her my GrandMOM.
She was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Many of you know her, and know that she is one tough cookie and she is going to kick this cancers @$$! And although she is super strong, she does have a lot ahead of her, including bills. I wanted to start this account to help her put at least her financial worries to rest.
My grandma will be having surgery as soon as they can fit her in the schedule to have her lump removed, followed by radiation. Luckily, the lump is about 1 centimeter and they have caught it early.
Please consider donating to this cause. It would mean the world to my grandma, who will have one less worry and it would mean everything to me.
