The SPCA L'Ouest de L'Isle helps many animals. They are a no kill shelter. In light of this weeks new bylaw for the city of Montreal that will enforce BSL with regards to "pitbull" type dogs, the staff will be welcoming and sheltering many pitbulls the from the city. They will be saving these pitbulls' lives.
Today, the shelter received warning from the City of Vaudreuil that they have to remove the dog park that they recently built at the back of their building and regrade the grass by October 9th 2016. The fence does not meet the proper regulations . In order to build a new fence they would need thousands of dollars. Please donate what you can to help these shelter dogs have a safe place to play. We, as animal lovers, thank you and greatly appreciate any donation amount that can be made.
