Yorkie puppy needs surgery

Dasher, the four month old Yorkie puppy needs a life saving operation as soon as possible. He needs liver shunt surgery ASAP or put to sleep as advised by the vet. Dasher has brought me through many hard days with his loving personality. Dasher is loved by everyone who meets him. He weighs 1.8 lbs. making his surgery needed quickly.
I have been on disability for approximately 5 years which have caused us financial struggles.. At this time we do not have the money to get Dasher the operation.
