Patricia Simoni Boylan Liver Transplant Fund
Pat Boylan graduated from Aliquippa High School in 1964. Until her recent illness she was an Associate Broker/Manager for RE/MAX Select Realty, first in Monaca and then Moon Township. She also worked for the Broker Hotline at RE/MAX Select. She has received many cards telling her while they had never met, she had helped them with various transactions. She started out as a Flight Attendant for Allegheny Airlines which became US Airways, and once her children came along transitioned into Real Estate.
In her 33 years in Real Estate she has worked for many different Real Estate Companies starting at Vanguard Tarquinio which was ultimately aquired by Coldwell Banker. She achieved her Real Estate Broker license while at Coldwell Banker and held various positions there from Branch Manager to Vice President for City Crestwood Coldwell Banker. She moved onto Keller Williams in Moon Township as their Market Center Administrator and Broker of Record. She has been highly regarded by the agents she has represented and worked with over the years.
Pat’s health quickly spiraled downward. Doctors determined a liver transplant was required. With only hours to live, a liver was found and a transplant was performed at Allegheny General Hospital.
Pat is anxious to return home to be with her husband Tom Boylan, brother Jerry Simoni, daughter Jenn Langiulli, son Christopher, daughter in law Leah Mastilak Langiulli and her adored grandchildren Justin and Jordyn. Roman and Gia. Pat should recover but the Boylan Family need our help with.

Give what you can from the heart. It’s not about the money but after 8 weeks in the hospital, 4 of which were in ICU and at least 4 more expected in rehabilitation, the bills are mounting. The conservative estimate by the hospital was originally between a half and one million dollars and the family is responsible to pay 20% of the bill. She has been in the hospital for longer than estimated because of additional complications.
