Get Rico A Garmin

Rico is a young athlete who continues to work hard to improve his distance stamina in the sports cross country and track for his school. Whether it be an interval workout or a long run, Rico uses his paint chipped, plastic, broken button, flimsy, black, Baby-G watch to time himself. All of the other runners on his team have Garmin gps watches that tracks distance, sets your pace, and shows splits, allowing them to always stay on track on their runs. Rico desperately needs one of these essential watches to get the proper mileage in for a runner like himself, but sadly isn't able to cover all of costs. When he is at home on the weekends, not running with the other team members, he is forced to run with his cell phone to track distance. This is something a state champion runner should not have to endure.
