SHOUT Bakersfield Group Home

T & M Enterprises dba SHOUT is a Short-Term Residential care Program (STRTP). Providing care to youth ages 6-18.
     
     The purpose of SHOUT is to meet the developmental, physical, emotional, social, educational, intellectual and spiritual needs of at risk youth. In doing so, we aim to provide Bakersfield youth with those opportunities by way of a group home and mentorships programs.
   
     SHOUT is in conceptional stages with intial funding needed to procure Claifornia state Licensing and administrative registrations.
   
     We have filed our article of incorporation 501(c)(3) non- profit paperwork in order to be approved by the Secretary of State. This is one of the final steps for SHOUT to achieve in order to seek government funding and open our doors. We will be sure to keep the community updated as the business progresses.

     Shout was the brainchild concieved by friends and business parteners, Steve Tomlinson and Haylee Maiden, due to the fact that both of them grew from a troubled beginning into a successful and functional adult and productive member of society.
