Restore Kidsville Train

My husband and I turned an old Burgerville trackless train into the Kidsville no.1 train. We have used it only for charity and neighborhood fun. It was stolen from a church that we lent it to. With the help of local news and police it has been recovered. Sadly, the engine car was senselessly destroyed. I want to restore the train so that more good and joy may come from it.
