Barber Supplies Grooming Homeless

Donation protected
We are the Hand and Hand community service circle at Florida Technical College Kissimmee Campus and once a month, our barbering students led by our Academic Chair Pablo Rodriguez cut the homeless hair in the support of Jubilo Community Outreach Center's "Hope on the Streets" initiative.

Recently, Professor Pablo Rodriguez's car was broken in to and all the barber supplies and equipment was stolen from the trunk of his car.  The items totaled $2000 in equipment that was donated. Supplies and Equipment included: Wahl cordless designers, Oster cordless Juice, Wahl cordless peanuts, Andis cordless slim line, carry cases, haircutting capes, combs, brushes, dry shampoo, disinfecting spray....

The Hope on the Streets is this Saturday, September 24, 2016 and we are asking for volunteers that have the equipment above to help us this weekend.  But we are also asking for donations to replace the equipment and supplies.  Anything helps!  We are on a mission and do not want to let our community go a month without these barbering services.

Please spread the word and help us.  For more information about Hope on the Streets or to volunteer visit us at http://www.jubiloorlando.org/page.php?id=1

Thank you and God Bless you!
