NonProfit Community Startup

I am Marcus Zeigler a recent graduate of North Carolina State University. I am starting up my own nonprofit to help bring communities together in the Raleigh area. The goal is to have kids ages 7-17 have at least one positive interaction with  police officers before they graduate high school.  This would help to reduce the tensions of the community and the officers that serve in it. Also, the effort reduces the uncertainty  of the community not knowing officers on a personal level and  vice versa. I am trying to have a community day in the Raleigh area in the coming months to start the process of bringing both sides together. I am looking for funds for food, the various acitivties, and the location of the event. I appreciate all the donations in advance.
