My cat was shot in the back in my neighborhood Saturday 9/17/16. The bullet is lodged on his spine causing paralysis on his back left leg. Police are looking into case. Surgery to remove bullett is $6,000.00. Right now vet has him on strong antiinfllamatory to reduce swelling and tomorrow determine if he needs surgery. Right now costs have been $1200.00 Can barely afford this. Any help is appreciated. I cannot afford costs of surgery and will have to put my beautiful Cooper down if he has to have surgery. He is only 8 years old -
