Last month my daughter was in a terrible car accident. She was critically injured and was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where she fought for her life. By the grace of God my daughter is doing well and is miraculously recovering. The Lord heard everyone's prayers. She is a miracle for surviving such a horrific accident.
During the first few days in the hospital, our great friend Joyce Rowley created a GoFundMe account for community members, friends, and family to donate money. We are forever grateful and appreciate all those who have reached out! The money has helped with expenses occurred while at the hospital and other type of medical expenses. It gave us the support and strength knowing so many people care and love us!
Now it is time for us to "pay it forward". On Sunday night, my cousin's stepson, Evencio Salas Birrueta, 28 years old, was killed in Boardman. I am hoping we, the community, friends and extended family can help the family with funeral expenses by donating money through GoFundMe. I know it will not only help the financial stress, but it will be a source of emotional support during this extremely hard time.

El mes pasado mi hija estuvo en un terrible acidente. Ella fue críticamente herida y fue trasladada de urgencia al Centro Médico Harborview en Seattle, donde luchaba por su vida. Por la gracia de Dios mi hija está bien y se recupera milagrosamente. Él escucho todas las oraciones. Mi hija es un milagro por sobrevivir un accidente tan horible.
